SHIPPING OPTIONS<\/strong><\/h4>

Delivery and receipt of the order may be extended due to exceptional cases. The deadlines indicated by the distributors for periods of normal operation are listed below:<\/p>

Mainland Portugal, Azores and Madeira: the deadline varies depending on the postal code.<\/p>

SHIPPING COSTS<\/h4>

Shipping costs are calculated at the end of each order based on the weight of the order and the place of destination, with a minimum value of \u20ac4.50.<\/p>

CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/h4>

Acceptance of all orders and their terms is subject to our reconfirmation by one of our employees. All orders that result from errors on the website, including errors in updating prices, system errors or any typographical errors, will be considered null and void.<\/p>

RETURN OF ORDERS<\/h4>

The conditions stipulated in this document apply only to purchases made at www.casadavilas.com<\/p>

After receiving your order, you can communicate your intention to return it within 14 days. Your intention can be communicated via email to geral@casadavilas.com. Your intention can also be communicated by submitting the free resolution template, but it is not mandatory.<\/p>

In addition to the Customer's right to return the order, within 14 days of receipt, the products will, in case of damage, be promptly replaced by Casa D'\u00c1vilas. If there is any production\/packaging error, Casa D\u2019\u00c1vilas is responsible for the product may be replaced\/returned.<\/p>

In the case of personalized products, Casa D\u2019\u00c1vilas reserves the right to analyze each case and to accept, or not, the return.<\/p>

Refunds for payments made by the Customer will be made through the same payment method used in the initial transaction. Alternatively, the Customer may expressly indicate that he\/she wants the reimbursement to be made through another means, which will not incur any costs for him\/her. In particular, and with a view to speeding up the refund process, the Customer may indicate the bank account details (IBAN and respective holder) to which the refund is intended.<\/p>

When any product marketed by Casa D\u2019\u00c1vilas that is damaged and the customer intends to complain for this reason, he must contact the Store immediately, to the email geral@casadavilas.com sending the following information:<\/p>

\u2013 Order number;<\/p>

\u2013 Photo of the outer packaging with the damage;<\/p>

\u2013 Photo of the inner packaging with the protections;<\/p>

\u2013 Photo of the carrier's label on the packaging;<\/p>

\u2013 Photo of the damaged goods.<\/p>

Through this information and photographic record, in the case of a production\/packaging error or any damage to the order, Casa D\u2019\u00c1vilas assumes responsibility and the product will be replaced or returned, at no cost to the Customer. The collection of the damaged product takes place at a place and date to be agreed - the time being determined by the carrier itself.<\/p>

The customer has the right to claim any damages or exchanges in their order up to 60 days after placing the order. After this period, Casa D\u2019\u00c1vilas will not exchange or resend the products.<\/p>

Casa D\u2019\u00c1vilas guarantees the utmost care and safety in the preparation of all orders and, for this reason, is not responsible for damages arising from the transport of the products.<\/p>

ORDER CANCELLATION<\/h4>

If you receive, in your order, any damaged item, you should contact us immediately to the e-mail geral@casadavilas.com<\/p>

In case of cancellation at the customer's option, without any fault attributable to the seller, the following rules apply:<\/p>

1 \u2013 The customer can cancel the order, receiving the full amount if canceled within one hour after paying for the order;<\/p>

2 \u2013 After this period, the customer will have to pay shipping costs, even if the value of the order has the value of shipping included in the purchase price;<\/p>

For more information on the consumer's right of free termination, please consult the provisions of Decree-Law No. 24\/2014, of 14 February.<\/p>
