Traditionally used in digestive problems, with antiseptic and mild tranquilizer, stimulating bile secretion and digestive juices. In the kitchen it goes well with soups, vegetables and chocolate desserts.

  • Pour water into a container, and take it to a heat source. When the first bubbles appear at the bottom of the container, remove from the heat source.
  • Add 1 spoon of the plant for every 250ml of water.
  • Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Strain and serve to taste.
